Browser Configuration - Internet Explorer

Step 1
The first step is to close down your open applications (Microsoft Office etc..) and go to 'My Computer' from your desktop.

When inside 'My Computer' you will see a screen similar to figure (a)

Step 2
Inside 'My Computer' double click on 'Control Panel' and you will see the screen as pictured. (b)

Double click on Internet Options

Step 3
Now you will see a section that says "Home Page". Where it says address, type in "http://www.crystal.com.au"

After you have typed that it, click on the 'Connections' tab at the top.

Step 4
Now in the dial-up settings box you will see an icon that should say 'Crystal (default)', click on that and then click on 'LAN settings'.

If you do not see Crystal in the white box, then you will need to set up your computer to dial into us before setting up Internet Explorer

Step 5
Where it asks for a proxy server, tick the little box next to it. In the address box put in "proxy.crystal.com.au" with the Port to be set at 3128. You may if you wish put in your username and password, this will allow you to dial in automatically and not worry about putting your username and password in every time.

Click ok and then ok again and now Microsoft Internet Explorer is setup for you to use with your crystal account
