Email Configuration - Outlook Express

Step 1
First, Open up Outlook Express and then go up to tools and then down to accounts

Now where it says Mail click on that and it will bring up this window

Now click on add then go to mail. This will start the connection wizard on setting up Outlook express, your first window you will see is the following (c)

Enter in your display name and then go next. (you can type in your full name or a business name here if you wish)

Step 5
Now make sure that "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" is checked and put your email address in, then press next

Step 6
Now for your incoming and outgoing mail servers put in "emerald.crystal.com.au, press next once both of them are entered in.

(f)

Step 7
Once your username and password is entered in you can click next and then press finish and you will have setup outlook express to be able to read and send your mail using your crystal internet account.
